Event Details

Join us for and learn how to braid traditional Lithuanian sashes using a unique form of finger weaving. This technique creates beautiful geometric patterns with a very easy technique. If you can braid hair or tie shoelaces, you can learn how to do this! All you need is yarn, a stick, and two hands and you’ll be ready to go.

This workshop is beginner-friendly: no prior experience is necessary.

Our presenter for this event will be Donna Druchunas. Our Social Media board member. More info about Donna.

At the, workshop We about the history, show us how-to basics and guide us through the process of making a small woven bookmark or key fob.
